Intentiv License & Terms of Service

Welcome to Intentiv, a product provided by Intentiv ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Intentiv hosted application ("Service"), which is made available as a no-cost preview. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Preview Access

Intentiv is being offered free of charge during a limited preview period. This arrangement may be modified or discontinued at any time, including the introduction of usage limits or fees. Access is provided "as-is" for evaluation purposes only and should not be considered a production-grade system.

2. License to Use the Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal, non-commercial, evaluation use during the preview. You may not sublicense, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Service.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including software, models, data pipelines, AI outputs, documentation, and all related intellectual property—remain the exclusive property of Intentiv. You may not copy, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

3. Data Collection and AI Usage

The Service uses AI technologies to analyze, generate, and assist with content. In using the Service, you understand and agree that:

• We collect, store, and analyze all content you provide, including queries, prompts, text, metadata, and uploaded files.
• You must not upload or input any data you are not legally permitted to share.
• Do not provide any data or code that you don't want us to retain, review, use, or learn from.

By using Intentiv, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, analyze, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, and create derivative works from your input and outputs for:

• Operating and improving the Service
• Developing future product features
• Training and refining AI and machine learning models

4. Feedback

If you choose to provide suggestions, bug reports, or improvement ideas ("Feedback"), you agree we may use it freely without compensation or restriction. You grant us an unrestricted license to incorporate Feedback into our products and services.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for commercial or production purposes
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to access or interfere with any systems or networks associated with the Service
• Upload malware or code intended to disrupt or exploit the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to third parties without our consent

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available", without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of results produced by AI functionality.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to one U.S. dollar ($1.00 USD), regardless of the nature of the claim or legal theory. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions relating to ownership, limitations of liability, disclaimers, and data rights shall survive termination.

9. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
